Hi, I'm of Tongan heritage, I met Margaret through my Church. Margaret called me one day in 2020 and said, "We are going to plant coconut trees." I was then living in a Housing Commission. I planted my first property in Schofields, a humble 2 bedroom unit. it was stressful but with Margaret's wise words and encouragement like the storm it came and went. Today as a forklift driver and an investor, I enjoy the tax benefit and importantly the financial education and I want to plant more coconut trees for my grandchildren.

Hi I am from PNG, I met Margaret through my husband when Margaret was President of the Cook Islands Community of NSW. My husband and I and our 3 sons attended Margaret's session in 2020, and the rest is history. From 0 properties in 2020 to 4 properties and 1 settling in 2026. Our properties are in Schofields, Fairfield and one in Gosford. Margaret is so passionate about helping others and that's what we value about her, it's not all about business although her Professionalism is second to none. We give thanks to our God above for, I conclude with the bible verse, 'The blessing of the Lord brings wealth, without painful toil for it.

Hi I'm of Samoan heritage, a Family Counsellor, owned my own home and a property invesment before I met Margaret. I wasn't very interested at the time when she started in property investmetns but her passion and wisdom about community leaders taking the first steps so that our people can follow. At the time we didn't think our finances were the best, but the team Margaret had were true to making the impossible possible - from the finance assessor to the Broker, the Financier certainly opened our eyes to possibilities and we bought straight away 2 properties and started our eldest sons' journey at age 23.
