Since July 2020, we’ve helped over 100 families become first-time homeowners.
These properties ranged from $550,000 to $1,000,000, across key growth areas in Sydney and greater Sydney.

Dr Justin Wang
Our specialists are built on the Property Investors Alliance (PIA) Concept, Founded by Dr Justin Wang.
Arriving in Australia in 1993 with only a backpack and determination for a better life, Justin worked tirelessly - in a factory by day and as a Teppanyaki chef by night - earning about $5 an hour.
A simple observation changed his life: while he worked long hours, his landlord effortlessly collected rent each week. From that moment. Justin realised that buying property early and holding it long-term was the key to financial freedom. In the mid-1990s, after saving diligently, he purchased liis first home — a modest two- bedroom unit in Campsie for $100,000.
His journey inspired the creation of the PIA Concept, built on three pillars:
1 Goal – Financial Freedom
2 Leverage – Time and Other People’s Money
3 Principles – Buy early, buy as many, keep as long
Over the past 20 years, Justin’s vision and philosophy have empowered thousands of Australians to achieve wealth through property. After serving 10 years as President of the Cook Islands Community Council of NSW, she stepped down to dedicate herself to financial education through property investment—driven by a purpose to help people, especially her Pacifica families, grow their financial future with confidence.
As a proud islander, Margaret uses the analogy of planting coconut trees—just as her ancestors did for future generations. Today, she plants property investments to build generational wealth.
Vicky Peek Yen Chew
CEO
Vicky is the CEO and Founder of Millionaires Alliance Agency and a dedicated mentor to myself (Margaret) and many real estate agents. With a deep passion for real estate, she helps individuals grow their financial portfolios through residential, SMSF, investment, and first home loans, as well as debt consolidation.
With over 15 years of experience in financial planning in Sydney, Vicky brings a wealth of knowledge and care to her clients. Since 2019, she has positively impacted the lives of many Pacifica, Multicultural, Australian families and continues to support me in achieving my goal of 50 families each year.
I feel truly blessed to be mentored by such a strong, driven, and big-hearted woman.
